Question 1

How much does FinRight charge as a PF consultant for EPF withdrawal and transfer?

Accepted Answer

FinRight works on a clear, fixed fee that covers all the agreed work upfront — no mid-way surprises and no hidden extra costs. Before we quote anything, our PF experts first study your case, explain the exact steps involved, and only then share a transparent, all-inclusive fee for you to approve.

Question 2

In how many days can FinRight resolve my PF withdrawal or PF transfer issue?

Accepted Answer

Timelines depend on EPFO processing speed, your employer's response, and how complex your issue is, but most correctly filed online claims are processed within the standard EPFO timelines. FinRight reduces delays by diagnosing issues early, filing correctly the first time, and actively following up.

Question 3

What does FinRight's 100% PF claim guarantee useful for my EPF case?

Accepted Answer

100% PF claim guarantee means you get a clear scope, written plan, and transparent fee before starting, and if we cannot resolve your PF issue in line with the agreed plan, we will fully refund you the fees taken for PF claim settlement.

Question 4

Will FinRight handle my PF work fully online, or do I have to visit the EPFO office?

Accepted Answer

FinRight handles your case online through the EPFO portal, employer coordination, and formal grievance channels, so you usually don't have to visit the PF office. Only in rare, exceptional situations where EPFO specifically insists on in-person verification would a visit be needed.

Question 5

Do FinRight's PF experts help in my city or only in Mumbai?

Accepted Answer

FinRight works fully online and can support PF withdrawal and PF transfer cases from anywhere in India — Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata and many more cities.

Question 6

Can FinRight recover or withdraw my PF if I don't know my UAN or PF account details?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can still help. In your assessment call, we collect basic information such as your full name, mobile number, and employer details and then guide you step by step to retrieve your UAN and PF information.

Question 7

Can FinRight help with PF withdrawal or transfer if my old employer has closed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of our complex cases involve closed companies, or very old employers. FinRight uses official EPFO processes, grievance routes, and documentation alternatives to move your case forward even when the old employer is not actively supporting you.

Question 8

What if my PF case gets delayed after I start with FinRight?

Accepted Answer

Even if timelines stretch, FinRight continues to work on your case within the agreed scope and keeps you updated, instead of dropping the file or asking for surprise extra payments mid-way.

Question 9

Does FinRight ever ask for an extra payment to speed up my PF claim with EPFO?

Accepted Answer

No. FinRight does not take or ask for any bribes or unofficial payments to EPFO staff, employers, or agents. All work is done through official, documented channels.

Question 10

Are my personal details safe with FinRight?

Accepted Answer

FinRight only collects the information needed to work on your PF case and uses it strictly for that purpose — not for selling, marketing, or sharing with unauthorised third parties. Your details are protected using modern security measures and internal access controls.

Question 11

What happens if EPFO delays my PF claim beyond 20 days?

Accepted Answer

EPFO owes you 12% penal interest, recovered from the responsible official's salary.
Under the 2026 rules a complete PF claim must be settled in 3 days, with a 20-day outer limit. Beyond that, unjustified delay attracts 12% per annum.
